He isn't afraid to get on his hands and knees to investigate the nooks & crannies of your potential new home, as water issues/damages/potentials of it, was a big factor for us. He understands & works with all the "cannot haves" & "must haves" throughout the house search. He is honest, patient , thoughtful & very quick to get to work. He was so patient with us while we tried to figure out what it was we actually wanted. He genuinely listened to what we were looking for and ultimately found the house we ended up buying. Josh was so amazing. My wife and I we’re looking at cottages and he was so helpful, spent a lot of time helping us understand what we we’re getting into. He also knows much much more than a real estate agent, he gets inside crawl spaces, knows what to look for in the foundation, water, etc. to give you all the information he can. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
